We have been a USDA certified & inspected processing facility since we opened in 2015. USDA processing is needed when you plan to resale the finished product(by the pound to customers, restaurants, etc.).
Custom processing appointments are needed if you plan to have an animal processed for your own use. Custom processing can also be used for anyone buying or selling a whole or part of an animal to have processed.
When you are added to the schedule, you will be given a delivery date. We accept deliveries all day from 8:30am-5:00pm. Your animal will be held overnight with access to food and water. The beef carcass will then age in the cooler between 8-14 days. Then your meat will be processed in our sanitary, low temperature processing room according to your cut sheet. Every cut of meat will be vacuum sealed, labeled, weighed, and frozen. After the meat has been completely frozen, it will then be boxed for a quick and easy pickup. We will then contact you to let you know your meat is available for pickup!
