USDA Processing

We have been a USDA certified & inspected processing facility since we opened in 2015. USDA processing is needed when you plan to resale the finished product(by the pound to customers, restaurants, etc.).

Custom Processing

Custom processing appointments are needed if you plan to have an animal processed for your own use. Custom processing can also be used for anyone buying or selling a whole or part of an animal to have processed.

The Processing

When you are added to the schedule, you will be given a delivery date. We accept deliveries all day from 8:30am-5:00pm. Your animal will be held overnight with access to food and water. Your animal will then age in our cooler (Pigs= 2 days) (Beef=8-12 days). Then your animal will be processed in our clean & sanitary processing room according to your cut sheet. Every cut of meat will be vacuum sealed, labeled, weighed, and frozen. After the meat has been completely frozen, it will then be boxed for a quick and easy pickup experience. We will then contact you to let you know your meat is available for pickup!

Scheduling

We take animals in for processing by appointment only. Currently we are completely booked for USDA and Custom Processing appointments throughout 2023. We will open our 2024 Schedule in March of 2023. If you need a processing appointment you can still reach out to us to be put on our cancellation list.
