Currently there are no processing appointments available for 2022, but you can call or email to be added to a cancellation list. Scheduling for 2023 will begin in March 2022
We have been a USDA certified and inspected processing facility since 2015. USDA processing is needed when you plan on selling your meat by the pound, to restaurants, etc. If you are selling animal shares(by the whole or half), USDA inspection is not required.
Custom processing is used when someone raises an animal to be processed for
their own consumption, or when someone sells an animal or part of an animal to
someone who wants to have it processed.
We take animals in for processing by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment by calling our office or sending us an email. When you are added to the schedule, you will be given a delivery date. We accept deliveries all day from 8:30am-5:00pm. Your animal will be held overnight with access to food and water. Your animal will then age in our cooler (Pigs= 2 days) (Beef=8-12 days). Then your animal will be processed in our clean & sanitary processing room according to your cut sheet. Every cut of meat will be vacuum sealed, labeled, weighed, and frozen. After the meat has been completely frozen, it will then be boxed for a quick and easy pickup experience. We will then contact you to let you know your meat is available for pickup!
